Delete your data

You can permanently delete your Pinli account and the data associated with it from your account settings.

Delete your account

1. Sign in to Pinli.
2. Open Settings and find Delete account.
3. Select Delete my account, enter the requested confirmation, and confirm the deletion.

If you have an active subscription, cancel it from Settings first, then return to delete your account.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes its pages, blocks, uploads, analytics, sessions and visitor submissions from Pinli's active database. Payment providers and connected services may retain records they are legally required to keep. Temporary caches, backups and security logs expire on their own retention schedules.

If you cannot access your account, email privacy@pinli.co from the address associated with it. We may ask you to verify your identity before completing the request.
