Terms of service

These terms apply when you create an account, publish a page or buy a Pinli plan or pack. By using Pinli, you agree to them.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you publish. You give Pinli a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for temporary cached or backup copies.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to publish your content and collect information through your page. Do not use Pinli for unlawful content, impersonation, infringement, malware, phishing, fraud, spam, exploitation, harassment or attempts to disrupt the service. We may restrict or remove content, pages or accounts that breach these terms or create risk for Pinli or others.

Names and domains

Pinli names are generally assigned first come, first served, and some names are reserved. We may reclaim a name that infringes rights, impersonates another person or organisation, is held primarily for resale, or interferes with Pinli. If you delete or rename a page, its old name may become available to someone else. You are responsible for maintaining any domain you connect.

Plans and trials

Pinli does not offer a permanent free plan. Eligible new accounts may try Pro or Studio once for seven days with a card required. The selected subscription renews automatically at the displayed price and billing period when the trial ends unless cancelled before then. Solo is paid from the first day.

Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel from the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period. If no other plan remains, published pages enter a resting state while the owner can still edit them.

Pages associated with an account that has no active plan are deleted after 90 days. We schedule warning emails after 60 and 80 days. The account itself remains available.

Packs

Available industry packs are add-ons to Pro and use the same billing interval and renewal date as the plan. Adding a pack during a billing period may result in a prorated charge. Removing one stops its next renewal, while access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Studio includes all packs currently available with that plan. When pack access ends, its blocks remain in the editor but are hidden from visitors.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

Dodo Payments sells Pinli plans and packs as merchant of record and handles payment processing, taxes and invoices. Prices and renewal terms are shown before checkout.

Refund requests are considered according to the checkout terms and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits a cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other right that cannot legally be limited. For billing help, email billig@pinli.co.

Selling, bookings and donations

If you sell products, take bookings or deposits, or collect donations through your page, the transaction is between you and your customer or supporter. You are responsible for descriptions, prices, taxes, fulfilment, refunds, cancellations, permissions and promises you make. Payments use accounts you connect or link to; Pinli does not receive those funds or take a percentage. A booking request is not confirmed until the page owner confirms it.

Third-party services

Pinli can link to or connect with services we do not control. Their terms and availability apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for third-party content, accounts, checkouts or service interruptions.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Pinli available and protect stored information, but no online service is uninterrupted or completely free of errors. Keep copies of content you cannot replace. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice when a change materially reduces a paid service.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Pinli and delete your account, subject to cancelling an active subscription first. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, unlawful activity, security risk or non-payment. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow an opportunity to resolve it.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Pinli is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, third-party services, or content and transactions controlled by page owners. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Pinli changes. We will update the date above and notify account holders before a material change affects a paid plan. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply.
